Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends are processed on Monday.

How Our Shipping Process Works

You complete your purchase and receive an immediate order confirmation email with your order number.

Our team verifies your payment, picks your items from inventory, and carefully packages your order in discreet packaging.

Once shipped, you'll receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.

In Transit

Track your package in real-time using the tracking number provided. You can check status anytime in your account dashboard.

Out for Delivery

Our courier partner will attempt delivery. Ensure someone is available to receive the package.

Delivered

Inspect your package immediately! Report any damage within 2 hours of delivery for a replacement.

Important Shipping Information

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate:

  • Include house/apartment number
  • Street name and area/landmark
  • City and state
  • Working phone number for courier contact
  • Delivery instructions (if needed)

Note: We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your order in multiple ways:

  • Log into your account and visit "My Orders"
  • Use the tracking link sent via email
  • Enter tracking number on courier website
  • Contact us via WhatsApp for status updates

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier cannot deliver your package:

  • You'll receive a notification
  • Courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times
  • Package may be held at nearest courier office for pickup
  • Additional storage fees may apply after 7 days
  • Contact us immediately if you miss a delivery

Holiday & Weekend Shipping

  • No processing on Sundays and public holidays
  • Orders placed Friday evening ship Monday
  • Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons (Christmas, Valentine's, etc.)
  • Plan ahead for special occasions

Business Days

Business days are Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays). Weekends and holidays are not counted in delivery estimates.
