How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple:

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement, before processing begins. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to make changes. Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

While you can browse products without an account, creating an account allows you to:

What is the minimum order amount?

For retail customers: No minimum order. For wholesale customers: Minimum order of ₦10,000 is required to access wholesale pricing.

Delivery times vary by location:

  • Abuja: 1-2 business days
  • Lagos: 2-3 business days
  • Other major cities: 3-5 business days
  • Remote areas: 5-7 business days

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer:

  • Standard shipping: ₦1,500 - ₦3,500
  • Express shipping: ₦3,000 - ₦5,000
  • Free shipping on orders over ₦50,000
Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

Do you ship outside Nigeria?

Currently, we only ship within Nigeria. International shipping is coming soon. Contact us for updates on international delivery options.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment methods:

Yes, all products include manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines. Some products also come with instructional materials or links to online guides.

How is packaging done for privacy?

We respect your privacy! All orders are packaged discreetly in plain, unmarked boxes with no indication of contents. The sender name on the package is generic and does not mention our business name.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. The ONLY exception is for damaged or defective items, which must be reported within 2 hours of delivery. See our Returns Policy for full details.

What if I receive a damaged item?

Contact us immediately within 2 hours of delivery:

  • Do not use or alter the product
  • We will arrange a replacement if claim is approved
Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds. Approved damage claims receive product replacements only. The only exception is if you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same order - verified duplicate charges will be refunded within 7-14 business days.

How do I become a wholesale customer?

To access wholesale pricing:

  • Register for a wholesale account on our website
  • Provide business details and tax ID (if applicable)
  • Wait for account approval (usually 24-48 hours)
  • Start placing bulk orders with special pricing
